WeCare Warner Robins seeks a Plumbing Service Manager to build and scale a plumbing department in Warner Robins, GA with senior leadership support. You will lead a fast-paced team and help to scale the plumbing service to deliver value to customers.

This role emphasizes sales leadership, team development, and P&L responsibility, focusing on quality service and operational excellence in Warner Robins. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of management experience in residential plumbing, a valid US

Qualifications

• Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of management experience required.
• Residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• ServiceTitan or other field software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Plumbing activities.
• Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members.
• Cultivate a dynamic, ethical Sales Culture focused on value for customers.
• Manage a P&L; responsible for department revenue and gross operating profit targets.
• Conduct coaching and Performance Reviews.
• Oversee dispatchers and ensure right techs are sent to right calls.
• Create technician work schedule.
• Review and approve department payroll.
• Handle all customer requests and concerns.
• Create, establish and maintain a positive work environment.
• Hold team accountable to policies and procedures.

Job Duties:

• Supervise all Plumbing activities.
• Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members
