WeCare Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead and scale a plumbing department. This role offers the opportunity to build a team with senior leadership support in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering value to customers.

You will supervise all plumbing activities, hire/train/lead team members, manage dispatch, schedules, payroll, and drive revenue and gross profit targets while upholding company policies and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid US driver's license with clean record.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• ServiceTitan or similar field software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all plumbing activities.
• Hire, train, and lead plumbing team members.
• Cultivate a dynamic sales culture focused on customer value.
• Manage P&L and achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee dispatchers and ensure right technicians on calls.
• Create technician work schedules.
• Review and approve department payroll.
• Handle customer requests and concerns.
• Maintain a positive work environment and enforce company policies.
