WeCare Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to build and lead a growing plumbing team under senior leadership. This fast-paced role focuses on delivering value to customers while scaling operations in Warner Robins.

Responsibilities include supervising plumbing activities, hiring and training staff, managing P&L targets, coaching, dispatch oversight, and maintaining a positive work environment aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

• Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of Management Experience, Required.
• Residential Plumbing Experience, Preferred.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass a motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• ServiceTitan or other Field Software experience, preferred.

• Review and approve payroll; handle customer requests and concerns.

Job Duties:

• Supervise all Plumbing activities.
• Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members
