Johnny On The Spot Plumbing - Heating - Air is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to own and grow our residential service team. You will lead technicians, coach on call-by-call performance, and ensure top-tier customer service while tracking KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a residential Plumbing leadership or Service manager role.
• Strong proficiency in Service Titan (required).
• Proven success with call-by-call coaching and team accountability.
• Deep understanding of Plumbing service, local code, and customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLUMBING business best practices.
• Ability to track and interpret data and KPIs to improve team results.
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of residential PLUMBING service technicians.
• Drive performance using call-by-call management and real-time coaching.
• Maximize results by monitoring key Plumbing KPIs.
• Use Service Titan daily for dispatching, job costing, reporting, and technician performance tracking.
• Conduct technician ride-alongs, one on ones, weekly meetings, and sales training.
• Ensure top-level customer service and job quality.
• Collaborate with company leadership to execute growth strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
