• Hold the team accountable while building a strong culture.
• Help improve customer experience and technician communication.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Work closely with dispatch and leadership to keep the department running smoothly.
• Help improve processes as we continue to grow.

We’re a 100% residential home service company with around 54 employees. We’re looking for someone who knows plumbing, knows how to lead people, and isn’t afraid to jump in when the team needs support.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop our Service Plumbers

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable managing goals, KPIs, and department performance
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
