Job summary
Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking a Residential Service Plumbing Manager to lead the service department and drive growth. The role blends hands-on leadership with technical leadership to develop technicians, improve performance, and uphold high customer service standards.

Qualifications
- Experience leading residential service plumbing teams.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold technicians accountable.
- Strong knowledge of service department KPIs and revenue goals.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the residential service plumbing team to meet goals.
- Conduct ride-alongs, provide hands-on training, and raise tech skills.
- Monitor KPIs, revenue targets, productivity, and performance.
- Provide technical support on challenging service calls.
- Set expectations and foster ownership and teamwork.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and strong relationships.
- Partner with recruiting and leadership on hiring and development.
- Improve scheduling, dispatch, and department efficiency.
- Support growth by implementing processes and strategies.
