HireBus Inc. is seeking a high-performing Plumbing Sales Supervisor for Colorado Springs to lead field sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

The role requires deep knowledge of a two-man sales process and the ability to coordinate responsibilities to move opportunities from prospecting through close. The ideal candidate will develop contractor, builder, developer, and plumbing-industry accounts, maintain relationships, and close profitable business while meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing sales experience.
• Proven knowledge of and experience with a two-man sales process.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling plumbing products, fixtures, fittings, pipe, valves, or related building products.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to spend significant time in the field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth throughout an assigned territory.
• Develop new contractor, builder, developer, and plumbing-industry accounts.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Execute the two-man sales process effectively and consistently.
• Work with a partner to prospect, qualify, present solutions, overcome objections, and close.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, job-site visits, and product presentations.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close profitable business.
• Track sales activity, opportunities, customer visits, quotes, and closed business.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, purchasing, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting.
