The Plumbing Field Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within the plumbing division, leading and managing the sales team, and developing strategies to expand market presence.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve sales goals.
• Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed goals.
• Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Analyze and control job expenses to meet budget.
• Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
• Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
• Continually improve sales culture through individual coaching, training, and validation.
• Work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job.
• Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
• Inspire technicians to hit their sales goals.
• Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
• Conduct daily ride‑alongs, including occasional weekends as the business demands.
• Monitor performance of service and sales and advise as to how to improve.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
