DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative in Florida to cultivate a robust plumber network and drive referral volume for water and mold restoration services.

You will leverage relationships with plumbing partners and property managers to expand our local referral network, represent the company at events, and collaborate with leadership on growth opportunities. Prior B2B marketing or trade sales experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Existing network of plumbers or plumbing contacts.
• 2+ years in B2B marketing, trade sales, or territory development.
• Knowledge of restoration/home services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leverage relationships with plumbers and plumbing companies to generate referrals.
• Build and maintain partnerships with property managers, realtors, and insurers.
• Represent DRYmedic at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.
• Track weekly referral activity and partner engagement in CRM or shared dashboard.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to identify new market opportunities and outreach strategies.
