Dry Force is hiring a Business Development Representative to expand our network of plumbing partners who refer restoration jobs in the DFW area. This outside sales role focuses on relationships, with training and a rapid ramp to full territory ownership within 90 days.

You will source, activate, and grow partnerships, track activity in CRM, and help ensure fast, quality referrals and outcomes. Competitive base plus uncapped commissions support strong earning potential and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems and activity tracking (Luxor or similar is a plus)
• Ability to travel within territory and stay organized

Responsabilités

• Build and grow relationships with plumbing partners across assigned territory
• Prospect, call, and visit partners to generate referrals
• Educate partners on Dry Force services and referral process
• Identify strong partners based on responsiveness and business fit
• Maintain follow-up to strengthen partnerships
• Track activity and opportunities in CRM
• Support operations for fast response and great customer experience
• Keep partners updated on job progress and outcomes
• Attend events and partner appreciation initiatives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
