Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new sales in water damage mitigation, building relationships with plumbing contractors and educating them on our restoration services. You will network at trade shows, plan education seminars, and develop targeted campaigns to grow branch revenue.

The role requires planning, strong communication, and a proactive sales mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus and training is provided.
• Clean driving record and eligibility to work in the US.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screen.
• Strong organizing and planning skills with computer proficiency (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales for mitigation and structure offerings.
• Report to the Director of Mitigation, Steve Beard.
• Attend plumbing trade shows and network with plumbers.
• Educate contractors on water damage restoration benefits.
• Create targeted campaigns to educate plumbers about services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure top service.
• Develop relationships with contractors and offer referrals incentives.
• Be active on professional social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
• Plan and run networking luncheons and presentations.
• Be on-call as required.
