Overview

We are seeking experienced Technicians to join our installation teams for water and energy conservation programs. These Technicians are vital to our success, working on the front lines of our mission. We value positivity and a strong work ethic, prioritizing these qualities over extensive experience. We support our Technicians' growth and skill development. This role is remote but requires extensive travel within the United States, with company-provided housing and transportation costs covered.

Responsibilities

1. Replacing old toilets with water-saving models
2. Replacing shower heads
3. Replacing sink faucets or aerators

Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing retrofits is preferred but not required
• Ability to travel nationally up to 80-100% of the time
• Ability to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds, including stairs
• Physical ability to climb stairs, stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and walk for extended periods
