Job Description: Integration Technician

We are seeking an Integration Technician to install and configure operating room integration systems. This role involves interpreting project documents, installing equipment using various hand tools, testing systems, and verifying configurations with hospital networks. It requires extensive travel, including overnight stays.

This is a remote, customer-facing position based in New Jersey. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively across the country for projects.

Travel Expectations:

Travel will include day trips, overnight stays, and trips up to a week, booked 1-3 weeks in advance. Hours will vary based on customer needs, with overtime common but not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing operating room integration systems, including equipment placement, cable termination, software configuration, and testing.
• Support project installations under supervision, ensuring system functionality.
• Provide progress reports and perform administrative tasks like checklists and expense reporting.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to safety protocols when working at customer sites.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant installation experience or an Associate's degree in Electronics or related field with 1+ year of experience.
• Preferred: Project management experience, Biomed/Hospital IT experience, strong troubleshooting skills, proficiency with computers and networking.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to meet hospital credentialing requirements, and be flexible with hours and travel.
