As an Integration Technician, you will work in an environment where you will install and configure operating room integration systems. In this role, you will interpret project documents (Proposals, Port Maps, Wiring Diagrams, Infrastructure Drawings, etc.), install equipment using hand tools, terminate cables, use test equipment to ensure correct installation and energization, and verify system configurations with hospital networks. This role involves extensive travel, including driving and overnight stays.

This is a remote-based customer-facing position. Candidates must be based in New Jersey to support and service customers in this territory.

Travel involves visiting various installation sites across the country via company vehicle or air, often booked 1-3 weeks in advance. Expect extensive travel including day trips, overnight stays, and trips up to a week. Hours vary based on customer needs; overtime is common but not guaranteed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing operating room integration systems, including equipment placement, cable termination, software configuration, and testing.
  • Supporting project installations under supervision, with limited direct oversight.
  • Providing progress reports and completing administrative duties promptly.
  • Maintaining professionalism and adhering to safety and customer protocols.

Qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of recent cable/audio visual/electronics installation experience or an Associate's degree in Electronics with 1+ year of related experience.
  • Project management and biomed/hospital IT experience are preferred.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of PCs, video tech, networking.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Windows, flexibility, and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to meet hospital/customer credentialing requirements.
