Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/tech education is a bonus.
• Experience in administrative or coordination roles, plumbing/construction a plus.
• Comfort with scheduling software and MS Office; ServiceTitan a bonus.
• Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch installation jobs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to build strong, reliable relationships.
• Ensure installers have tools, materials, and information needed to succeed.
• Maintain clear communication across departments and projects.
• Manage inventory, materials, and resources to support efficient completion.
• Handle permits and job documentation with precision.
• Participate in the call queue and on-call Saturday rotation (monthly).
