Beyond Wow Plumbing in Taylor, Texas is seeking an Install Coordinator to efficiently schedule and dispatch installation jobs and support our field team. You will coordinate with customers and vendors, ensuring installers have the tools, materials, and information they need to succeed.

The role emphasizes organized, customer-focused communication, inventory management, and accurate job documentation, with participation in the monthly on-call Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/tech education is a bonus.
• Experience in administrative or coordination roles, plumbing/construction a plus.
• Comfort with scheduling software and MS Office; ServiceTitan a bonus.
• Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for home services or trade school education)

• Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles — plumbing or construction experience is a big plus

• Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan knowledge is a bonus!)

• Organized, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication

• Committed to providing excellent customer service
