Job summary

Kay Plumbing seeks a Plumbing/HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating plumbing and HVAC services, and supporting daily operations from our Lexington, SC area location.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and solid communication and computer skills. Training on our service processes will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls for service plan reminders and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services.
• Work closely with technicians and sales staff to coordinate service requests.
• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support business operations.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday.
• 8-hour shifts.
