Job summary

IES Residential is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead on-site plumbing operations, ensure quality workmanship, and support installation, service, replacement, or operational objectives across our customer sites.

You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors; maintain records and reporting; and drive safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced field setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing systems and codes preferred.
• Ability to travel to job sites.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned plumbing duties supporting departmental objectives.
• Maintain safety and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain records and reporting for responsibilities.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
• Assist leadership with daily operations.
• Ensure customer expectations are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
