Boston Budget Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced plumber to advance to Plumbing Field Supervisor. You will operate your own service truck, perform high-quality plumbing work, and mentor apprentices while acting as a technical resource for the team.

You’ll provide phone and field support, lead larger projects, and help ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. A strong driver’s license and 5 years of plumbing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years plumbing experience (Required).
• Apprentice or Journeyman license (Required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone.
• Ambitious, driven with integrity and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate your own service truck with strong production and workmanship standards.
• Lead by example with professionalism and customer service.
• Provide phone and field support to technicians with difficult challenges.
• Assist with plumbing code interpretation and best practices.
• Serve as the go-to resource for escalated technical issues.
• Support the team to keep jobs moving efficiently.
• Take lead on larger or more complex plumbing projects as needed.
• Support boiler installations, system upgrades, and specialty work.
• Assist with project planning, materials and execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and to company standards.
• Mentor apprentices and developing technicians through hands-on coaching.
