Job summary

IES is seeking a Plumbing Supervisor to support operational excellence, ensure quality on job sites, and collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel in Dayton, OH.

The role requires 4-6 years of plumbing supervision experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel to project sites is expected; this is an on-site role with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of plumbing supervision experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• English proficiency required; Spanish preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in support of department objectives
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency
• Communicate professionally in writing and verbally
• Assist leadership with daily operational activities
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met
