Ideal applicants have 5+ years in managing complex plumbing systems, strong reading of construction plans, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments. OSHA-30 and valid state licensure are preferred. This role is onsite in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing plumbing construction for multi-story residential or hospitality projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of plumbing systems for vertically stacked units (podium and garden-style).
• Proven track record overseeing large-scale, high-density plumbing projects from layout to completion.
• Expertise reading and interpreting complex multifamily plumbing plans and specs.
• Strong leadership to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Field Plumbing Supervisor for high-density residential developments, you will drive the successful execution of complex plumbing systems in large-scale, vertically stacked projects. By leveraging your expertise in multi-story construction and team leadership, you will ensure that every phase—from underground rough-in to final trim—is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations for plumbing installations in large-scale apartment and hospitality developments.
• Optimize project timelines by effectively coordinating subcontractor crews and managing onsite workflows.
• Guarantee that all plumbing systems strictly adhere to project blueprints, engineering specifications, and local building codes.
• Oversee onsite material logistics to minimize waste and maximize installation productivity.
• Facilitate seamless communication with municipal inspectors to ensure timely project sign-offs.
• Maintain comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports to track project milestones and labor performance.
