Socket.dev is seeking a seasoned Residential New Construction and Service Plumbing Operations Manager to oversee and manage our plumbing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential plumbing, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of residential plumbing experience with focus on new construction and service.
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience in plumbing operations.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid license.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all plumbing projects.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
