Manage multiple commercial plumbing projects from award through final turnover
Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change order management
Coordinate with GCs, other trades, engineers, vendors, and internal field teams
Review drawings, specs, and submittals for accuracy and constructability
Lead project scheduling efforts in coordination with field supervision
Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership
Track procurement of materials, equipment, and long-lead items
Manage RFI process and ensure timely resolution of design conflicts
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality standards
Support field teams in problem-solving and productivity management
Oversee project closeout including punch lists, O&M manuals, and final documentation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing plumbing scopes for a mechanical subcontractor
Proven experience on large commercial projects (e.g., hospitals, high-rise, data centers, large mixed-use, universities, etc.)
Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas, specialty systems)
Experience managing budgets and change orders in the $2M–$20M+ range
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and plumbing drawings
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
