What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial plumbing construction projects.
• Proven experience managing field crews and assigned scopes on large commercial or multi-million-dollar projects.
• Active Plumbing or Mechanical (HVAC) License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local building codes, and construction safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to complete digital reports and documentation.
