• Minimum of 5 years in residential plumbing (new construction and service).
• Experience managing plumbing teams and operations.

• Valid license and ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential new construction and service plumbing operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential new construction and service plumbing projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet organizational goals.
• P & L responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing regulations.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a professional manner.
