Accelera is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor for high-density, multi-unit residential projects. You will lead field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure compliance from rough-in through final trim on large-scale developments.

Ideal applicants have 5+ years in managing complex plumbing systems, strong reading of construction plans, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments. OSHA-30 and valid state licensure are preferred. This role is onsite in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing plumbing construction for multi-story residential or hospitality projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of plumbing systems for vertically stacked units (podium and garden-style).
• Proven track record overseeing large-scale, high-density plumbing projects from layout to completion.
• Expertise reading and interpreting complex multifamily plumbing plans and specs.
• Strong leadership to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations for plumbing installations in large-scale developments.
• Coordinate subcontractor crews and onsite workflows to optimize timelines.
• Ensure all plumbing systems comply with blueprints, specs, and local codes.
• Oversee onsite material logistics to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Communicate with municipal inspectors to secure timely sign-offs.
• Maintain daily and weekly progress reports on milestones and labor performance.
• Promote a culture of safety, organization, and professional excellence.
