Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Plumbing Estimator in Townsend, MA to develop accurate, timely plumbing estimates for commercial and industrial projects. You will review drawings, perform digital takeoffs, and craft competitive bid proposals.

Responsibilities include analyzing project scope, preparing pricing, and coordinating with vendors and field operations. A strong background in MEP, Excel, and takeoff software is required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret MEP drawings and specs.
• Prepare detailed takeoffs using QuoteExpress and Excel.
• Create accurate labor, material, and equipment estimates and bid letters.

Responsibilities

• Project Review: analyze drawings, specs, addenda, and schedules to identify scope and risks.
• Digital Takeoffs: perform precise plumbing quantity takeoffs using QuoteExpress and Excel.
• Pricing & Bids: prepare labor, material, and equipment pricing, scope letters, qualifications, and value engineering proposals.
• Vendor Management: solicit and track quotes for specification compliance.
• Team Collaboration: attend estimating meetings and manage cloud project files.
