Job summary
gpac LLC. is seeking a Plumbing Estimator in Massachusetts to develop accurate, timely bids for public, commercial, and industrial projects. You will analyze drawings, perform digital takeoffs, and build complete bid proposals while coordinating with vendors and field operations.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience estimating plumbing systems for commercial or industrial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with digital takeoff software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Project Review: Analyze drawings, specs, addenda to identify scope and risks.
- Digital Takeoffs: Perform plumbing quantity takeoffs using software and Excel.
- Pricing & Bids: Prepare labor, material, and equipment pricing and proposals.
- Vendor Management: Solicit quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
- Team Collaboration: Attend estimating meetings and coordinate with field operations.
