Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Commercial Estimator – Plumbing to support multi-unit and light commercial projects. You will analyze construction plans, perform detailed plumbing takeoffs, and prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and related documentation.

You will review plans, quantify materials, and develop proposals that align with project requirements, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to confirm pricing and feasibility.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and commercial installation practices.
• Proven estimating experience with detailed takeoffs and cost proposal development.
• Ability to interpret plans, read specifications, and quantify materials accurately.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and cost-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural/plumbing plans and specifications to determine scope and quantities
• Complete precise plumbing material and labor takeoffs to support estimating accuracy
• Develop cost estimates and proposals that align with project requirements
• Collaborate with project/field teams, vendors, and contractors to confirm pricing, availability, and feasibility
• Ensure estimates and solutions meet applicable compliance and code requirements
• Support cost-effective planning by addressing clarifications and estimating assumptions
