Job summary

Bee's Plumbing and Heating in Seattle is seeking a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department to act as the central hub between customers, field technicians, and the operations team. This on-site role in West Seattle supports fast-paced service delivery with organized scheduling and proactive communication.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of dispatch experience, strong verbal and written communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

2+ years of dispatching experience.
Call center experience is highly preferred.
HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Coordinating service requests: schedule and dispatch calls to field technicians.
Communication point: main contact for field teams, customers, and management.
Problem-solving: address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to optimize operations.
Record-keeping: maintain accurate service requests, schedules, and incidents via Service Titan.
Emergency response: coordinate emergency response when necessary.
Resource allocation: ensure efficient use of resources.
Collaboration: work with other departments to improve delivery.
