Andgar Mechanical, LLC in Ferndale, Washington is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Plumbing Dispatcher to provide administrative support to the Service Plumbing Department, manage calls, invoicing, and parts ordering, and help schedule technicians.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and MS Office proficiency, with a starting wage of $24–$32 per hour depending on experience. This is an on-site position offering comprehensive benefits and a company-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of office experience preferred.
• Possess valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sets up new customers in computer system and maintains service plumbing files.
• Receives and schedules the majority of incoming service plumbing calls.
• Handle Warranty paperwork by submitting and tracking appropriately, send in and track parts with distributors.
• Reviews technicians debriefs for plumbing leads and follow up with customers to schedule service.
• Assists with scheduling plumbing department vehicle maintenance.
• Tracks all parts orders and communicates delivery schedule.
• Submits invoices to customers as needed.
• Track all open/unbilled jobs.
• Collect down payments on installation jobs.
• Reviews all invoices for accuracy and reconciles with technician timecard.
• Assists HVAC CSR/Dispatch as needed.
