YOUR ROLE PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER

As a Plumbing Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you will report to the office ready to provide outstanding service to our customers and reliable support to our field technicians. You will handle incoming client calls with professionalism, scheduling service appointments promptly and dispatching technicians efficiently. You will communicate estimated arrival times to clients and notify them promptly of any delays, rescheduling appointments when necessary. You will plan daily and weekly schedules in advance to maximize technicians' productivity and manage mileage effectively. Additionally, you will obtain and maintain necessary job permits, relay work orders and important messages between staff members, and address customer questions or concerns.

YOUR SCHEDULE

The Plumbing Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher position works Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability as needed to meet the needs of our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Associate's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience


• 2+ years of dispatch experience for a contractor or home improvement company


• Supervisory, customer service, and dispatch experience are preferred but not required
