Responsibilities

• Dispatch plumber technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls.
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor call flow through the service platform and dispatch system.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on service appointments.
• Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
• Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day.
