Synergy3 is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily HVAC and plumbing schedules. You will ensure efficient operations, assign the right technician to each job, and maintain full schedules while communicating with customers and team via phone and email.

The role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn basic HVAC/plumbing concepts. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits including PTO, 401K, health and vision

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge (training provided).
• Comfortable working in an office setting, full-time.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage daily schedules for HVAC and plumbing technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members by phone and email.
• Assign tasks based on technician expertise to ensure correct dispatch.
• Monitor the upcoming day's schedule to keep time slots filled.
• Provide updates to technicians and customers on job statuses.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize routing and dispatching for efficiency.
