The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and excels at problem-solving to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will schedule and dispatch technicians, monitor progress, communicate updates to customers and management, and use dispatch software and GPS tracking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in dispatch software, Microsoft Office, and related technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on priority, location, and availability.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking to assign and track service calls.
