Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for plumbing service technicians.
• Dispatch technicians to service calls based on availability, location, skill set, and priority.
• Answer inbound customer calls and schedule service appointments.
• Communicate appointment updates, delays, and ETA to customers.
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate emergency service requests and same-day appointments.
• Maintain accurate job information and customer records in ServiceTitan.
• Assist with membership scheduling, follow-up appointments, and warranty work.
• Collaborate with technicians, managers, and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
