Job summary

Service Champions in Brea, CA is seeking a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department. You will coordinate service requests, schedule field technicians, and serve as the central communication hub for customers and operations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to ensure prompt service delivery. The position is in-office with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule; expected to maintain accurate records and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• HVAC or Plumbing dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating service requests: schedule and dispatch to field technicians.
• Act as main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly for satisfaction.
• Monitor schedules and adjust in real time to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and incidents.
• Coordinate emergency response when necessary.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet demands.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
