B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Coordinator - Plumbing to lead model-based outputs for MEP systems on commercial and industrial projects in Florida. You will collaborate with Project Management, Field Operations, and other trades to ensure constructible, standards-compliant deliverables.

The role emphasizes guidance, workflow improvement, and mentorship of Detailers/Trainees, while aligning models with project scope, schedule, and quality requirements.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years of BIM/VDC, mechanical detailing, or MEP coordination.
• Experience producing coordinated mechanical models and construction-ready deliverables.
• Experience on commercial/industrial projects (healthcare, schools, government).

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and coordination of model-based outputs for MEP systems.
• Perform clash detection, track issues, and communicate resolutions.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Field Operations & other trades.
• Provide mentorship to Detailers and Trainees on standards and workflows.
• Support fabrication ready deliverables and as-built record documentation.
