Job summary

Kelly in Redmond, WA is seeking a Data Analyst to support the PLM data migration project. The role involves collecting, mapping, validating data loads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate PLM data for implementation. Expect data cleanup, documentation, and reporting using Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.

The position is a W2 contract (18 months) with hybrid work: on-site Mon-Wed and remote Thu-Fri; training requires on-site for two weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1-3 years of related experience in a business environment.
• Experience with PLM systems; Windchill preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel and SQL; data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Bills of Materials, Parts and related documentation validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and objectives.
• Validate and verify data loads into the PLM tool.
• Perform data clean-up and coordinate with IT for mass updates.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
