Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Warsaw site seeks a Project Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end capital manufacturing projects, from scope to handoff, driving safety, quality and schedule.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to deliver manufacturing technology, transfers, and new product introductions while developing a high-performing engineering team.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of meaningful professional experience.
• Experience delivering complex capital, manufacturing technology, or technical projects.
• English fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the site's capital portfolio and operating expense budget to deliver increased capacity, new manufacturing technology, transfers and new product introductions.
• Establishes project governance, scope, milestones, budgets, and risk-management plans.
• Supervises technical execution and facilitates resolution of complex issues.
• Allocates engineering resources to achieve objectives within timelines and budgets.
• Ensures process design, qualification/validation, change control, production readiness, and handoff.
• Partners with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Product Development, Finance, Maintenance to complete projects.
• Leads and coaches engineers and establishes accountability for project execution.
