Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in process management and/or product development.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office for tracking, minutes, and schedules.
• Experience working across regional boundaries in multi‑cultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the Samsung SDI Product Lifecycle Management tool within the SDIABS organization.
• Monitor the S-PLM progress and provide HQ feedback on tool performance and updates.
• Facilitate Change Review Board (CRB) meetings with agenda and minutes.
• Manage Eng/Mfg change requests from approval to implementation.
• Track and report KPI for PLM and Change Management.
• Transition Engineering Change Management from manual processes to S-PLM system.
• Collaborate with regional teams in Austria and Korea to standardize processes.
