Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Quality Program Engineer - Battery to join our Americas-driven development teams in Michigan. You will coordinate quality tasks, act as the quality representative on the Core Development Team, and ensure APQP deliverables and PPAP submissions are completed on time.

In this role, you will lead quality activities, define objectives, manage risk, and support cross-functional teams across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent major in Engineering or Business.
• Experience coordinating APQP deliverables and PPAP submissions.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Quality representative on the Core Development Team and coordinate program-specific quality tasks.
• Define, maintain, and update project quality objectives, including the Quality Dashboard, and support APQP/PPAP activities.
• Analyze data to identify sources of process variation and initiate corrective actions for quality improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external pre-production audits and manage customer interfaces with escalation of quality risks.
