Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS, EE or related field.
• 7+ years in software development with embedded/ automotive focus.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and initiatives.
• Experience with SAFe principles and enterprise data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for LV battery sensing software.
• Drive improvements in software processes, tooling, and methodologies (SAFe).
• Mentor junior engineers and foster learning.
• Collaborate with hardware, QA, and product management to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to strategic technical roadmaps and decisions.
• Resolve complex technical problems through group problem solving.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and internal quality processes.
