Job summary

MEPPI is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the CPSD portfolio’s strategy, development, and lifecycle management across North America. You will partner with engineering, operations, sales, and service to drive customer value and business results.

The role emphasizes market insights, business case development, pricing, and go‑to‑market execution, with responsibilities spanning content creation, campaigns, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial sales and marketing of technical capital equipment, products, or related services.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Development across CPSD portfolio.
• Drive market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and present business cases for investments in new products.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Service.
• Develop product content and messaging for traditional, digital, and social channels.
• Lead product launches and go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Provide technical sales support and monitor performance.
