Job summary

Applicantz, Inc. is seeking a Documentation and Change Order specialist responsible for the engineering change control process within PLM. You will generate, process, and track Change Orders, perform data mining, and serve as the point of contact for escalation on change-related issues.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers to integrate changes into BOMs, supporting NPI programs, and maintaining records and reports to fulfill ISO documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Solid understanding of change management and configuration management.
• Experience with PLM systems and drawing/documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Generates and manages Change Orders (CO) through closure.
• Researches documentation for parts/assemblies for CO accuracy and compliance.
• Supports NPI PMs on CO activities and change control processes.
• Interfaces with Engineers and Designers to align BOMs with lean manufacturing needs.
• Lead change cut-in strategies, E&O, and ensure proper routing and approvals.
• Track documents from initiation to final approval and report progress.
