Job summary

Applicantz, Inc. is seeking a Documentation and Change Order specialist in Fremont, CA to drive engineering change control within the PLM ecosystem.

You will generate COs, research documentation, and coordinate with engineers to align parts and BOMs with lean manufacturing requirements. Responsibilities include tracking, reporting, and facilitating design review meetings, ensuring accurate change documentation, and supporting NPI stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering change control processes.
• Ability to document, track, and report change status.
• Familiarity with BOMs, part numbers, and CAD revisions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage Change Orders through closure.
• Research documentation for ECO/CO accuracy and compliance.
• Support NDIs and coordinate with engineers/designers on BOM changes.
• Capture decisions and minutes, and track progress with metrics.
