Job summary

Venteon is seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on PLEX ERP to optimize manufacturing processes. You will analyze business needs, design ERP improvements, and collaborate with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT to maximize system utilization and support growth.

The role involves leading requirements, testing, and implementing ERP enhancements across production, inventory, and quality modules, while building reports and dashboards for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business Administration/Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing PLEX ERP.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, inventory and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis, process improvement, and ERP support activities with a primary focus on PLEX ERP.
• Work closely with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT teams to maximize system utilization and support organizational growth.
• Lead requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation of ERP system enhancements.
• Configure, maintain, and support PLEX ERP modules including production, inventory, purchasing, quality, shop floor control, and human resources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, implementations, and data migration initiatives.
