Job summary

Venteon is seeking a PLEX ERP System Analyst for a Columbus, Ohio area manufacturing client. You will serve as the primary administrator and SME for PLEX ERP across functions including production, quality, purchasing, inventory, shipping, finance, and management.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, maintaining configurations and access, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to automate processes and implement new functionality.

Qualifications

• HHands-on PLEX ERP experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting PLEX across multiple business functions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio area.
• Data Magik experience a plus but not required.

Job description

Our client is looking for a PLEX ERP System Analyst to join their team in the Columbus, Ohio area. This individual will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for PLEX ERP within a growing manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for PLEX ERP Support users across production, quality, purchasing, inventory, shipping, customer service, finance, and management
• Troubleshoot PLEX issues and coordinate with PLEX support when necessary
• Maintain system configurations, security, user access, and documentation
• Facilitate customer EDI changes and support related processes
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business analytics using PLEX data
• Utilize Data Magik and AI-enabled tools to analyze operational data and provide business insights
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and better utilization of PLEX
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation of new functionality
• Document processes and provide user training
• Provide backup support for basic IT operations and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLEX ERP experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting and configuring PLEX across multiple business functions
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems
• Experience with reporting, analytics, EDI, and data management preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with users and leadership across the organization
• General IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Data Magik experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to work onsite in the Columbus, Ohio area
