Job summary

• Experience implementing ERP systems across multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or business required.
• Strong ability to analyze and document complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes.
• Act as a liaison between end-users and the programming team.
• Design and execute test scenarios and test scripts.
• Coordinate testing with project and user staff.
• Assist in resolution of support issues and challenges.
• Produce status reports on milestones, resources, issues and risks.
• Manage change requests to meet project deadlines.
• Travel up to 50% to global manufacturing plant locations.
