Job summary

Cpflexpack seeks a Business Systems Analyst to coordinate ERP implementation and optimization across all locations, gathering requirements, mapping processes, testing features, and supporting rollout of Radius, PrintFlow 4D, AutoCount 4D, and Sage Intacct.

The role interfaces with plant teams, department leaders, and IT resources to standardize workflows and ensure successful multi-site deployments, reporting and data accuracy improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP analysis, administration, project coordination, or related role.
• Experience with Radius, PrintFlow, AutoCount or similar manufacturing ERP solutions.
• Ability to document workflows, processes, and requirements clearly and professionally.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-plant teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ERP tasks across plants and lead implementation activities.
• Support planning, execution, and documentation of ERP projects.
• Lead ERP implementation teams at each site as the footprint expands.
• Develop test plans and oversee UAT for ERP upgrades and new features.
• Promote continuous improvement; identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve system utilization and data accuracy.
